  Deep review from programming, sustainability, financial and partnership perspectives, considering every aspect to impact clients, appeal to funder, and meet organizational goals.

  From an exact understanding of funding needs, research public and private sources of funding to target those who are best-suited and in alignment as well as those less obvious sources.
• Grant Writing
  Create a customized, compelling, well-written and moving grant to the foundations and prospective funders who are dedicated to propelling initiatives like yours forward. Show evidence that through your initiatives, your agency can help them fulfill their missions.
• Support at Every Step
  Beyond the letter of inquiry and grant proposal, I am available to contact funders, arrange site-visits and conduct follow up.

Fundraising

  Formal and comprehensive plan and timeline based on deep review of current fundraising activities and systems; identification of new and additional strategies to maximize funding.
• Fundraising Communications
  Development of communications and branding materials for events, major gifts, end of year and general, segmented and targeted marketing campaigns, publicity and outreach efforts.
• Implementation and Support at Every Step
  Beyond the planning, I am available to contact and meet with prospects, arrange site-visits and conduct follow up activities, conduct presentations to engage board members and stakeholders.

Strategic Planning

I will facilitate a comprehensive process and unify stakeholders to evaluate and identify your agency’s needs, set priorities, identify strategies, define measurable objectives, and develop a realistic implementation plan to strengthen, prepare and energize your agency for a successful future.  

We will work to envision what continued success will look like for your agency, how to get there and what resources it will take to move forward.

I am available when opportunities come your way and/or you need additional “person power” to ensure effective management and completion of  a new or existing project or program.

From implementing a time-sensitive project to coordinating staff and partners to seize an important funding opportunity to planning a special conference or training, I am available to discuss how I can support your initiatives.
